Auricular Acupuncture

NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) is a specialized auricular (ear) Acupuncture protocol first developed in 1985 for addiction and detox treatment, but has since been found to be useful for a variety of other mental health related issues, such as PTSD and stress, or for simple relaxation.

Facial Rejuvenation

We offer Microneedling and Nanoneedling (details below), as well as Traditional Chinese facial rejuvenation protocols.

**NOTE: All treatments now include Celluma® LED light therapy. Celluma uses NASA researched technology, and has been cleared by the FDA for pain management and skin care. “Celluma LED light therapy devices use specific wavelengths of light energy to improve cellular health by accelerating the repair and replenishment of compromised tissue cells for enhanced skin appearance and pain relief. “

Other Services

E

Low Level Laser therapy

We use the latest EVRL (Violet/Red) laser technology. The regenerative powers of low level laser technology can reduce inflammation and thereby eliminate pain while speeding up cellular healing. This process of cellular regeneration is often referred to as photobiomodulation. In other words, the laser utilizes light energy to impact cells and enhance their natural healing processes. It also has strong anti microbial and anti fungal effects, which makes it particularly helpful around surgical sites, burns, and other bites or wounds or for acne issues.

E

Tui Na (Adult & Pediatric)

The most ancient form of Chinese massage, used to not only address issues directly, but to also address patterns of disharmony in the body.

We also offer Pediatric Tui Na – Ancient Chinese massage for children, applied to specific points on various parts of the body depending on the disorder. Pediatric Tui Na is a safe and gentle manual therapy, without side effects, and ideal to relieve most discomforts experienced by the child. Regular and simple pediatric Tui Na can help strengthen a child’s digestive and immune systems, and support their natural body constitution.
E

Reflexology

In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points on the body. Reflexologists use maps of these points in the feet, hands, and ears to determine where they should apply pressure. They believe their touch sends energy flowing through a person’s body until it reaches the area in need of healing.

E

Cupping

Glass or Plastic cups are used on specific bodily or facial locations to enhance circulation, relieve pain, and facilitate the removal of toxins.

E

Gua Sha (scraping)

A tool is utilized to apply pressure and lightly scrape areas of the face or body. Gua Sha promotes lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation, and blood circulation, and can thereby help relieve tension and pain while enhancing tissue repair.
