Other Services
Low Level Laser therapy
We use the latest EVRL (Violet/Red) laser technology. The regenerative powers of low level laser technology can reduce inflammation and thereby eliminate pain while speeding up cellular healing. This process of cellular regeneration is often referred to as photobiomodulation. In other words, the laser utilizes light energy to impact cells and enhance their natural healing processes. It also has strong anti microbial and anti fungal effects, which makes it particularly helpful around surgical sites, burns, and other bites or wounds or for acne issues.
Tui Na (Adult & Pediatric)
The most ancient form of Chinese massage, used to not only address issues directly, but to also address patterns of disharmony in the body.
Reflexology
In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points on the body. Reflexologists use maps of these points in the feet, hands, and ears to determine where they should apply pressure. They believe their touch sends energy flowing through a person’s body until it reaches the area in need of healing.
Cupping
Glass or Plastic cups are used on specific bodily or facial locations to enhance circulation, relieve pain, and facilitate the removal of toxins.
Gua Sha (scraping)
A tool is utilized to apply pressure and lightly scrape areas of the face or body. Gua Sha promotes lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation, and blood circulation, and can thereby help relieve tension and pain while enhancing tissue repair.
